  A mail server address has no PTR record.

  Many receiving servers look up the reverse DNS name of a connecting address and reject or score down mail from addresses without one. The PTR record is managed by whoever controls the address range, usually the hosting provider.

  Recommendation: Ask the provider of the address to publish a PTR record with the server's host name.
