ProbeKit is operated by NFI ApS (45583112). By using this website or the ProbeKit API you agree to these terms.

Nature of the Service

ProbeKit runs read-only checks. A check reads public DNS for the domains you enter and reports what it finds.

The results are information. They do not guarantee deliverability or security, and they are not legal, security or other professional advice. You decide what to do with them.

Access and Availability

We may change, limit or stop any part of the service, and we may block use that harms the service. We give no promise of uptime or availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• use the service for lawful purposes only;
• respect rate limits, and not try to get around them;
• not use the service to attack, overload or harass anyone, or to disrupt the service.

API Usage and Payment

Requests to the API are paid per request through x402, in USDC on Base. The price is shown before you pay. Only ordinary wallets (EOA) can pay; smart-contract wallets are refused before any charge. Payments are final, except that you are not charged when a request fails before a result is produced. Use of the API may be logged for security, billing and operations.

Third-Party Services

Checks rely on public DNS resolvers and on hosting and network providers. We are not responsible for errors, outages or changes at third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or downtime, or for decisions made on the basis of a check result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual Property

The text, design and software of this site remain the property of the operator unless stated otherwise. You may not resell the service or present it as your own without permission.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page, and the date at the top shows the last update. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
